Kilts

All our kilts are made in Glasgow, Scotland by our own trained kilt makers at Gaelic Themes. They are fully canvas lined with three buckles to ensure an excellent fit.

Our traditional kilts are made from 8 yards 16oz worsted wool, available in the full range of tartans from all the main mills. We can also make lighter 8 and 5-yard kilts in 10-14oz wools, depending on your requirements.

If you are unsure which tartan you wish to have your kilt made, please email us using the contact form.

On average kilts take 6 weeks to make up depending on the availability of your chosen tartan. If you need your kilt in a hurry please email us and we will do all we can to accommodate you.

We are happy to visit your band practice (UK only) to measure you for kilts and pipe band discounts are available for larger orders.
